Beginner/Intermediate Flight Class

This class is built for those that are ready to develop control, timing, and confidence in the air. This is perfect for our newest flyers, as well as those working on level 1 and level 2 skills.

No experience is required to join! Our coaches will teach you the foundations of stunting and ensure you master skills safely and correctly before progressing to the next level. From there, you’ll refine your technique, smooth out your transitions, and start tackling new skills to keep your progression moving forward.

Prerequisites: None!

Advance Flight Class

This class is open to Levels 3–4 and is designed to develop cheerleaders into more advanced, well-rounded flyers.

Athletes will focus heavily on proper technique, flexibility, body control, and consistency — building the strong extended positions and advanced transition skills needed to meet higher-level stunt demands.

To join, athletes must consistently demonstrate a 360 down, extended body positions (heel stretch, arabesque, and scale), tick tocks, switch-ups, and full-ups.

Open to Levels 3–4 | Coach approval may be required to ensure safety and appropriate placement

Elite Flight Class

This class is designed for elite-level flyers operating at Levels 5–7. If you’re serious about your craft, this is where you sharpen it.

Athletes will train in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with a strong focus on technique, flexibility, strength, and elite-level stunt transitions. This is not a class for athletes still developing foundational flying skills — it’s built for those ready to be pushed.

To join, athletes must already have a consistent double down from one leg, double ups, and strong, controlled body positions throughout.

Open to Levels 5–7 | Prerequisites: double down (one leg), double ups, controlled body positions

Basket Class

This class is open to Levels 2–6 and is dedicated to developing strong, confident basket toss athletes from the ground up.

Training covers everything from basket fundamentals through to advanced skills such as kick doubles, with progressions tailored to each athlete’s level. Throughout every drill and skill, the emphasis is on proper technique, timing, power, and safety.

Athletes should have previous stunt experience and be prepared for a fast-paced, skill-driven environment.

Open to Levels 2–6 | Previous stunt experience required
